Our Story

Pet Pavilion has been a long awaited dream for me.

Throughout my life I've been surrounded by dogs of different breeds and sizes, which in turn has cemented a life-long love affair with them. I am a pet parent to a beautiful golden retriever and getting groomed has always been a stressful experience for her.

Understanding the stress she goes through, coupled with our concern as parents leaving her in the hands of strangers has been the guiding force in our work. I want to create a stress free experience for your pet and a place which you can trust. Your pet’s safety is our first priority and we will only use those products on your pet that we would use on our own.

In my life, my core strength has been my family. I have always been taught to  treat others the way we want to be treated, and that is exactly how we want to run our business.
